Tehncial characteristics
Stickiness test: Easy to stick on surface, easy to peel.
A. Can be bent 90°with LOGO, no break, no shedding
B. After Pittsburgh test on painting film, there is no residual glue on painting film, not affect painting film.
Loading test: test under 360h 25℃- 50℃, there is no residual glue on surface.
UV-resistance aging test: There is no break or deformation after 60 hours UV lamp(300W) exposure under 50℃.
Heat and moisture resistant aging test: The film does not shed in the condition of 200℃for 3 minutes, no residual glue, and no corrosion to surface.
Sticking requirement: Surface to be sticked must be dust-free and oil-free.
